ELITE

Martial Arts Center

PRESCHOOL / Ages 4 - 6

These classes start by introducing the child to basic motor skills and continue through primary skills and development.

CHILD / AGES 6 – 10
This series begins with a class for children who have no experience in martial arts and ends with one that focuses on proper form and increased endurance.

TEENAGER / AGES 11 -16

Designed for teens with beginning and intermediate skills, this class helps students achieve more advanced skills

ADULTS

The adult programs are designed in a way that can cater to the beginner to the most advanced competitor.
